HENDERSON, Phillip A. Sr. Age 59, of Fairfield, Quality Assurance Supervisor with BASF Chemical Co. passed away Sunday, March 11, 2007 at Mercy Fairfield Hospital. He was a Vietnam Army veteran and a member of Second Baptist Church in Hamilton. He is survived by his wife, Mellace Ray Henderson, two sons, Phillip A. Henderson, Jr. and Michael Henderson, granddaughter, Brianna Henderson, brother, Adolph Henderson, III; mother-in-law, Crystal Ray, other relatives and friends. Friends may call Saturday, 9am until time of service 10am at Thompson, Hall & Jordan Funeral Home, 11400 Winton Rd., Forest Park, OH.
